What's an on-premise (perpetual licenses)?
On-premise installations are installed on your own server and managed by your IT department.
Your clients then access Relyence via any web browser from any device, so there is no need for client installations with Relyence.
What's your Cloud Hosted Option?
Our Cloud hosted application gives you all the functionality of our on-premise installation without the IT overheads.
The Relyence Trial is hosted on our cloud, hence there’s nothing to download or install.
Cloud hosted licenses are available in 3 monthly or 12 monthly subscription options.
Can you explain concurrent users?
Concurrent users (also referred to as “floating licenses”) enable you to create as many user accounts as required and only count those users actually logged in at the same time (concurrently).
A license is allocated to the user upon login, based on the modules assigned to their user account.
